I needed to get my car checked out before taking a road trip. I took it to Rainbow last week, and they are absolutely great! Austin took it for a test ride to diagnose the problem, and told me exactly what the issue was. He was very specific, which I greatly appreciate! I am a blonde female, most men just think we are all dumb, but he took the time to talk to me about the problem. He did a phenomenal job with fixing the issue! The office guys were very helpful too. Garrett got right to work to get prices together and told me what can wait, and what can't. I really appreciate their taking the time to help as much as they did! GREAT JOB GUYS!

I just recently had a brand new exhaust system and muffler put on my 1999 Ford Mustang and I just have to say that I'm completely blown away by the quality of the work the affordability of the work and just how they kept in contact with me every step of the way I thought it was done in a more than a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend this place to everybody. I literally can't say enough how my car drives like a brand new car. The engine is getting the compression it needs. Everything is working out. It's fantastic. I just couldn't be any happier.

UPDATE!!!!! My muffler fell off while driving , leaving me stranded. Probably the worst experience I’ve encountered in a while. The first attempt at my exhaust install was completely wrong . Some welds were broken & leaking causing a bad exhaust leak. The hangar at the rear of the vehicle was broken causing it to rattle like a tin can. The muffler tip was hanging really low.. all in all it needed to be fixed and done right. I took the car back to them , they said they would fix it no problem and will have it done by the end of the day. I dropped it off the night prior by the way. I got back around closing time to pick up my car to find it in the parking lot with the keys in it and the windows rolled completely down, that’s uncalled for. The keys should always be hanging up at the front desk & the car locked when it finished… speaking of finished. It wasn’t even done when I got there. The welds were done improperly & I was told the tip was a little uneven & that there was nothing they could do about it. That next time I come in to get more work done they’ll give me a discount, absolutely absurd. What kind of muffler shop can’t install an exhaust system the correct way. On top of all

I was referred to this team by Walker Ford. My 2013 F150 exhaust system was rusted and causing exhaust fumes to enter into the cab and eventually stalling out. I took it in for an estimate thinking I was going to pull at least sacrifice $1500 to replace the system. Matt gave me the approving price and time to repair. Jon and Garrett installed a new system in about and hour and the cost was under $550. It's not loud anymore and, no more fumes. Mat was a professional and a gentlemen. I would definitely come back and recommend to anyone I know. Thanks, guys!
